(TZF) has legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with Personal Information (as defined below) that we collect from you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other Sites, which may be accessible through our Site and does not apply to practices of persons or entities that (TZF) does not control, manage or employ. The Site contains links to other Sites that are operated by third parties, including but not limited to third party Sites that may display (TZF)’s trademarks and logos. Whenever we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will post such change on the Site, and any such change will be effective immediately upon posting. (TZF) is the data controller of your Personal Information. (TZF) ‘s principal place of business. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to your Personal Information being exported to (TZF) in India from the location where this information was provided. Please do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy if you do not agree to your data being exported in this way. Your Personal Information will be held on the data systems of (TZF) or third party data processors selected by (TZF) to store and/or process this data, and will be deleted from our systems if you inform us that you no longer wish to continue your registration as a recipient of (TZF) or related information.

Personal Information supplied by you during the registration process or during a purchase is held securely and is accessible to you.
